Location.Tunistar Marina Palace is a modern, Moorish style hotel situated in the marina area of Yasmine Hammamet. It is just 50 metres from the harbour and 150 metres from the beach. Tunisia Carthage Airport (TUN) is 60 kilometres away, and takes around an hour to reach by car.
Hotel Features.The hotel features an ornate Moorish style reception area with polished marble floors and pillars, and Tunistar Marina Palace also has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a separate pool for children. Drinks are served in Détente lounge bar and Symphonie American bar, and there is also a Moorish café, a disco, a room service menu and a beach bar (summer only). Multilingual staff can assist with airport transport (surcharge) and currency exchange.

Guests of Tunistar Marina Palace are offered a wide choice of dining options: Oasis, a buffet restaurant serving international dishes; Pizzeria Marina, and the poolside Barbecue Palmeraie.

Guestrooms. The 152 air conditioned guestrooms are located on four floors, and are furnished in a modern style. Amenities include satellite television, balconies, direct dial phones, wireless Internet access (surcharge) and minibars. The half board room rate incorporates buffet breakfast and dinner each day.

Expert Tip. Hammamet, 10 kilometres away, is known as the 'garden resort' because it is backed by olive, orange and lemon groves and lines of cypress trees. The city centre is a miniature cape jutting out into the sea, and the 13th Century Kasbah offers impressive views over the gleaming domes of the Medina (the old walled city) and the white sands of the coastline.

Getting there. SNT and TUT buses depart Carthage Airport every 15 30 minutes for Tunis centre. The single fare is 1 TND. Taxis are available outside the terminal; fares double after 9 PM. Alternatively, the hotel can arrange transfers (surcharge). Yasmine Hammamet can be explored on foot or by bicycle. Public transport consists of taxis and buses. All prices subject to change.
