I stayed with my friends at Grand Hyatt Erawan for 2 nights after spending 3 nights in Bali. I was amazed by the great service provided by all of the staff. The receptionist helped us with everything. The location was just great. Shopping centers were a few steps away. Rooms were clean and convenient. The building a bit old but it's classy. Breakfast was not a big deal.
