Decent hotel

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel looked great from outside. Pretty surprised when I found the front desk attendant spoke English very fluently. From my experience, most of Russian hotels didn't have any staff whose English was fluent. Room met our expectation. It's not spacious but very cozy and clean. Breakfast buffet was usual. Not really attractive but edible.
