Helpful staff located our lost luggage

All standards were there in the hotel. Good staff, no problem with check in or check out. Nice room, well shaped, clean floor, clean bathroom. We had a great time over there. All helpful information available at the information desk. Good transports with low cost. No tension at all. One luggage was missing at airport but managed by hotel to bring it to us. Great job by them. Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the city, not at the hotel. The hotel was strategically located nearby metro station (right in front of it) and shopping centers. Staff were nice, very helpful and friendly receptionist. But the room was slightly different from the description on the website. It's good in size, but not really clean, and the mattress was lumpy. We had a room that overlooked the street. My suggestion: don't book this kind of room, it's noisy!

Worth the money

Its an American icon in another country so yes in my book it was well worth the money spent. I always stay somewhere familiar as I do not like traveling out of the US anyway. But the staff was wonderful.

Convenient Spot, Pretty Noisy

This hotel is in a location that is very convenient and close to metro station, on a busy street. Easy to find transportation or walk to many locations. Nice facility but it is quite noisy even at night, I think one of the noisier places I have ever stayed. Good food though.
