Good staff, poor room

The BW Regina Palace was actually good but they forgot to deploy insect buster that I could thousands of ants and mosquitoes in the room. I spent three nights at this hotel recently. The reception area was shiny and large. The front desk attendant was very charming with her beautiful smile and welcoming attitude. The service was rather slow, though. Room was the superior one. It’s a large room, quite comfy if there were no mosquitoes buzzing and biting at night. Breakfast started at 07.30. Pretty much for the breakfast. The coffee was nice.
