Very friendly service

The service of this hotel was incredibly friendly. They were very accommodating and nice. The staff was kind and very attentive. The check in process was very fast and easy. The room was clean and very nice. It was well managed and OK. The location was also perfect if you need to be in the center of the city with good restaurants nearby. The hotel had no parking area but if you asked, they will make an arrangement for a parking garage close by. This hotel was incredible for everything. We would come again.

Our trip to Lucca was

Our trip to Lucca was restful, where we visited friends with an estate that had fresh olives and figs growing there. They suggested we go to San Gallo Palace Hotel when we got to Florence, so we did. It was a quiet street and about 15 to 20 minutes from the center of town.

Right in the middle of Florence

The San Gallo is a very accommodating hotel and offers both regular and larger suites available for families. There's actually a pretty large garden on site and a café nearby so you can enjoy your breakfast while enjoying the view at the same time. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful!

Great Value

I stayed here with my friends for a couple of nights. The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was nice, comfortable and spacious. The hotel was located at a good location, near some good restaurants and within walking distance to the nearest train station. This hotel had such a great value and i would definitely stay here again.

The Bretagna hotel was situated in the center of Florence city nearby the river and metro station. We had a very cozy room with a nice river view. The staff of this hotel was excellent. All of them were pleasant, very friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet was very rich and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
