Spent three days at this hotel was quite OK. The room was good and clean with nice view of the courtyard. My room was facing the courtyard, it as quiet and relaxing. The staff was kind and OK. They were pretty helpful. The view from my terrace was amazing. The location was also perfect with good access and distance to various places in the city. Do not forget to try the breakfast, it was tasty and delicious. The restaurant of this hotel was also Ok for the meal and service.

I was Satisfied Enough

The room service and the breakfast were two things I expected the most from a hotel. There was a good spread of breakfast buffet. I did enjoy staying here, but unfortunately, My colleague was not satisfied. It was because he found red ants in his room and the room was too noisy because it faced the street. However, the staffs were very nice and helped to remove the ants.

Wonderful Room

The hotel was great. The receptionist was friendly and she spoke English well. She then, showed us our room. The room was wonderful and spotless clean. The room was huge and airy. The furniture were all in well furnished.And the room had a large balcony. It was great and beautiful. The breakfast was served in buffet, and it was wonderful. It had variety of fruit, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, buns,croissants etc. we had great and wonderful stay.

Nice Hotel on Piazza

Close to many tourist spots, including the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella which is right outside, this is an ideal spot for anyone wanting a good location for sightseeing. Extremely close to transit stops. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very nicely kept, an attractive facility. It is worth the money.
