I was impressed with the hotel's hospitality. The staff was very cooperative and nice. They were very kind and polite. The room was also fine and nice. It was a good place to stay in this city. The location was also quite central with major sights were within walking distance. The breakfast was Ok though there were not many special things.

Great experience

To summarize, my experience of staying at this Hotel Panama was great. I was here with my family for a 3 night family vacation. The price was wonderful. It’s a quite small property but it didn’t fell cramped. The location was great, close to the Santa Maria Novella station. Many major tourist attractions were located in the immediate vicinity. Staff were courteous and customer service oriented. Room was marvelous, spotlessly clean and equipped with a nice balcony that overlooked the street.

An authentic one

Really a great lodging place that felt like it brought a lot of Florentine authenticity - out of the center area by just a little ways, but not too far where you couldn't walk around. Near one of the city's gardens, so you see that on the way to the train station. Place itself is really quiet, very nice and simply done. People there were great to us. Breakfast just enough to enjoy.
