Passable, if you really need to stay somewhere

The hotel is close to lots of shops and dining, the station and Buckingham Palace, so location is great. The room was clean enough, but the overall feel of the hotel was neglected and shabby. Staff were friendly, but they seemed to be spread thin. Breakfast was passable, but not very generous.
