I was surprised pleased with the service provided by the hotel staff. I spent 3 nights at this hotel with my colleagues on business. The staff were very eager to please. We felt very comfortable in here. The location of the hotel was also perfect. It's central, close to the Green Park/Piccadilly and Hampstead village, yet very quiet.
