This hotel can be better but it was not. The hotel was good and clean, the lobby was also very fine. The staff at the front desk was kind. The problem was the room. My room was small and smelly. I could smell tobacco smoke in my room which I did not like. It was bothering. I wanted to change a room but the staff refused so I had to stand there and only for one night. I would not stay here again.

Disappointing on Many Levels

This hotel was a disappointment on so many levels. Despite the nice pictures, the room we were assigned was dirty and in disrepair. When we notified the front desk of our problems, the staff was unfriendly and rude. We would never stay here again!

Quiet Room

I visited this city with my partner and then we chose to stay at this hotel. we stayed here for about four nights and had lovely and enjoyable stay. The staff were very accommodating and cheerful. They were also very friendly and always smiled at us. The hotel was close to the night club but we could not hear any noise from there. The room was clean, peaceful and modern.

I am pleased with everything

I stayed there when I attended my friend’s wedding. The room was good and spacious for me. The staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was typical English and delicious. I was thoroughly pleased. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
