I had the fortune of staying at the crowne during a business trip in Spring 2010 and it was very comfortable. Many hotels claim high speed internet but this one actually delivers. The free breakfast is nice too even it was a little cold by the time I got down there.

Modern Rooms, Great Location

Visited London for business and this was a great choice. Have stayed at other hotels that were more expensive and less comfortable or convenient. You're able to take the Heathrow Express to train station right by hotel. Getting around for business and airport was easy. Enjoyed spending time in the nice rooms and liked free WIFI.
