Traveled to London on a business trip, I booked a room in Hotel Ibis as the hotel was close to my meeting venue. But I was disappointed by the overall performance of this hotel. The price was high, but the service was mediocre. The food was illogically expensive. Staff were smiling all the times but it’s obvious that most of them threw fake smiles. Room was okay, only the cleaning service staff that always made a disturbing noise when she slammed the door while doing the daily tasks.
