This is not a good hotel. I was here last month. I booked for three days but after one night I was leaving. The room was small and there was bedbug. The bed was actually comfortable but when I woke up I felt my body so itchy and found bedbugs bites on my arms. It was disgusting. I would never come again later.

Nice room

Nice room with good bathroom and wonderful shower were perfect. The breakfast was also tasty and very delicious. It was a perfect place to stay if you want to have a peace but if you are light sleeper, there was noise problem. Make sure you ask for the quiet room.

would surely stay there again

I stayed there for 2 nights and really liked it. The room was good and clean. Breakfast was good and very tasty. Location was ideal for travelling. Bed was comfortable. Would surely recommend this hotel for anyone. I am planning to stay there during my next visit to this place

Close to the Buckingham Palace

The hotel was ideally located approximately five minutes from the Victoria Coach Station, the train station and also from the Apollo Theater. I was surprised that the hotel did not look like what the reviewers had said about the hotel. The hotel was very nice and I got nice room too. The Buckingham Palace was only a short walk away, That was so amazing. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clean and Decent

Our room was a nicely cleaned room. Very basic with regard to amenities, but that was okay. We had all we needed to make is a reasonable and decent London stay. Bathrooms were very clean and staff was a pleasant bunch in our experience.
