"Harrogate is a popular town located in North Yorkshire, England. It is home to some of the countries finest spa resorts, as well as major historical attractions.
The city is a fairly affluent one, with a major fine shopping area, fantastic Michelin starred restaurants, and the hotels in Harrogate similarly live up to the luxurious standards set in the city centre.
There are good transport links, and Harrogate Hotels are in a great location where it is easy to find things to do, but are a short distance from the rural countryside and large neighbouring towns and cities.
There are a number of castles, monuments, cathedrals and stately homes in both the city centre and the surrounding area near the hotels in Harrogate. Much of the architecture is of a gothic era, and the castles are very much in keeping with this traditional style. The Knaresborough Castle is the most popular of these, lying next to the beautiful River Nidd.
