In the Heart of Lyon

My fiancée and I stayed at this hotel which had a perfect location in the middle of Lyon. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby this hotel. The room was clean and nicely maintained. The hotel staffs were helpful in giving plenty of information about the city to both of us. Breakfast was well served and was tasty.

Excellent Place To Stay

Me and my colleagues visited Lyon for a business trip and stayed at the Mercure Lyon for 2 nights. The hotel was located within walking distance to the shopping area, city center, and Tourist Information Center. The staffs were very nice and friendly. They could help you by giving directions through the city. My bedroom was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The room was also had a good sound insulation system, so you will be able to get a good sleep at night without hearing traffic noise. I would love to stay at this hotel again the next time I come back to Lyon.

Great customer service

The staff here was top notch. They were friendly, quick with help, and funny. They really made the stay here a lot better than it might have been otherwise, because the overall feel to the hotel is fairly basic.
