Enjoyable stay

This is a nice hotel to stay with good access to the center. The room was nice and very good. The bathroom was also clean. It was the basic needs of a traveler. The plus was the service. The staff was very accommodating and nice. They were very reliable. The food at the breakfast was good and very healthy. The Wifi was not available in all rooms.

The staff of the hotel was incredible. They were warm and very welcoming. The staff was very attentive. The room was well decorated and clean with nice bathroom. I found the bathroom was super clean with nice shower and good sink. The toiletries were also good. The breakfast was good and tasty with wonderful taste. It was the most delicious meal for my morning. The hotel had no bottle opener.

Impressive Hotel

The hotel was quite impressive and nice. The staff was also very good and friendly. I stayed at this hotel for a week. I had a comfortable room, clean bathroom and soft bed. The location of the hotel was also close to everything so it was quite helpful to reach various kinds of place in the city.

My parents spend a weekend at this hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff really helpful. My father left his glasses on the table and within minutes of reaching the airport, the staff made arrangements to get them back to him. The room was good and they were comfortable. Since they wanted to stay next to Gran Via, they were ok with the noise. We will stay there on our visit. Highly recommended and my parents will visit again

My family spent a weekend there. The room was good and very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. Service was great and my family was happy. There were lots of restaurants in the area. Would surely recommend this hotel

I was not impressed at all from the very beginning. The decoration was plain but clean. The room was standard with small bathroom and TV. unfortunately, the channels were in Spanish. There was no Wifi in the hotel so you could sit to access the internet from the lobby. The breakfast was not too delicious with limited options. The facility was quite good but I'd rather to choose other place to stay.

Good Location

Stayed at this hotel for the first time and i would definitely stay here again. The hotel had a great location. It was so close to Gran Via and Royal Palace. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the AC didn't work properly in our first room so we had to move to another room.

Noisy but still great

Stayed here for the holidays on early May 2011. I found the hotel was great and interesting. The room was nice and modern. The amenities was ample and the room service was great. I got the room with a balcony overlooking onto Gran Via. the downside was the noise at night. And the lobby was under renovation when I stayed there.

We were just passing through on our way to family. The accomodations were pleasant, as was the staff. However, we had cold showers in the morning which wasn't too pleasant. They said it was a temporary problem, and it probably was.

Acceptable for meeting in Madrid

Came only for two days to Madrid for meeting. Welcome a little lukewarm but okay. Room decent value, good layout, pretty decent desk/sitting space, wi-fi okay. Location most favorable quality with good access to Gran Via and metro station.
