Good Atmosphere

This hotel was located in a very good location since it was on a main street. The staff was also very good and very nice. They were very helpful with many kinds of tips and tricks in the city. The room was also clean and comfortable. the atmosphere of the hotel was quite charm and warm. This place was very good and nice.

My parents and I stayed there for 3 days. The room was good and we got an extra bed upon request. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but was a bit costly. However, there were lots of restaurants nearby. The location is good and perfect to go to all the places of attraction. Good hotel; reasonable priced. We would love to visit again and we highly recommend it for anyone

Enjoyed Our Stay in Tryp Cibeles hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my friends. The hotel rooms were modern and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. When you checked in, they will ask you for type of the room, would you prefer a quiet room, or a road view room. And since one of us was a light sleeper, we chose the quiet room. And it was, really quiet. More over, the view from the room was great. The beds were comfy. I enjoyed my stay here.

If you get a room with a good view like we did, you'll love this hotel, despite the small single rooms and the monotonous breakfast. The rooms were super clean and very well furnished. It's right in the center of Madrid, so you have access to all the sights and to awesome restaurants. My clients were definitely really happy with their stay.

No complaints here from our family. The accomodations were comfortable, but not fussy and fancy. We found the staff to be very friendly and knowledgable, which is great if it's your first visit to Madrid.

One of Better Tryp Hotels

This was one of the better experiences I've had with Tryp hotels. Beautiful decor, lobby area. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Able to accommodate our family in a room, which was nice. Large breakfast spread every morning, which was nice. Building from the street front was really classic. Location very good on Gran Via.
