Great stay

I had no complaint for my stay here. The room was very tidy and clean. It was a good room to stay if you want to be close to the stadium. The staff was kind and nice. Their service was very attentive. The aircon in the room did not work but luckily Madrid was not so hot. The location of the hotel was close to starbuck and also grocery store.

Slightly disappointing

This hotel was a bit disappointing. The staff was not quite good, they were uninterested and indifferent. The decoration of the hotel was a bit outdated and old. The furniture was also old. The room was comfortable though too basic for this kind of hotel. I was here for three days with my friend and we were disappointed wince we paid a lot for this.

a bit noisy but otherwise fine

My parents and I stayed at this hotel for one week. The room was good and clean. the staff were friendly and very professional. Breakfast was fine and it had varieties. Location was good but there was party on the top floor and it was a bit noisy. Otherwise fine.

Bad Air Conditioner

The room was nice and well sized. the bed was just perfect with sparkling bathroom. The problem started when I turned on the air conditioner. I adjusted the temperature but it did not affect the AC at all. At noon it was okay but at night I was freezing to death. I turned it off but it was hot and the air was uncomfortable. If you need to have quality sleeping better find the other hotel.

good for your budget

This is a good hotel that is suitable for businessmen and couples. The rooms are good but need some improvement. The breakfast is good and filling. The staff are very helpful and guide you throughout. This hotel is good for a budget. This may not suit if you are looking for luxury; otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

For the football... and not much else

This is more of a 3-star. You need to pay extra for breakfast and wi-fi (very expensive!) when there's free or cheap Internet access all around. The staff could have been more professional and it was noisy at night. It's a few blocks away from a metro station though, which makes downtown easily accessible.

Great hotel

Just returned from 4 night stay at the Rafaelhoteles Orense hotel. This hotel was located in a good position. It's a great base to explore the night life in Madrid. I stayed here with my 3 friends. Overall, we were satisfied. The staff were warm and helpful. The size of the room was great. It's spacious and modernly decorated. The only drawback was the breakfast. The menu was limited and the taste was not really that good.

A pretty standard experience

Average hotel through and through, little noisy but ok. Is not as close as we would have liked to have been to many of the Madrid attractions, but since it was reasonably close to a metro station, we traveled easy.

Decent Stay, good breakfast

Didn't really enjoy my stay here. The hotel was located near a supermarket and restaurants. My room was good size and clean. The breakfast was good. But the AC from my room was just too loud and it was really disturbing my sleep.
