Clean and nice hotel

Stayed here for two days was a good decision. The room we had was very nice and clean. The bathroom was the same. The best thing about this hotel was the service. The service was perfect. The staff was also very kind and nice. They were very accommodating. The hotel lack of pool but it was no problem for me.

Great, but paper thin walls

My friends and I stayed in Jardin Metropolitano for 3 nights in November. It's a very nice hotel with nice decoration and great location. It's a pity that the room was not perfectly soundproofed. There was no privacy in the room. At the first night, I could hear some "interesting sound" from the neighbor's room whose occupants seemed having a "midnight sport." It's very clear. But the staff here were very competent. A subway station was just around the corner. Food was great.

Charming Atrium

I stayed at this hotel for about two nights. I got nice room, which was spacious and large. And the plus was the room overlooking the city skyline and the mountain. Wonderful! The hotel entrance was great too, it was covered with the marble and had lovely atrium with palm trees in the middle. The hotel had free wireless connection but the signal was great at the 6th floor.

Area Good For Business Needs

Not too far off from Paseo de Castellana, it was a good enough spot for me to use during a business stint in the Madrid area. Neat rooms, with some nice touches, also complimentary wireless internet. Clean overall and a good breakfast to start the days.

This is a beautiful hotel with large, well-appointed rooms. We had a very nice, comfortable stay here, and really took advantage of the hotel’s great central location. The staff was excellent and we were very happy with the value we received for our money.

I like this hotel

My stay at this hotel was really good. the staff were friendly and very professional. They helped me with directions and map. The location was good and easy to see all the attractions. Food at the restaurant was good and the entire place was clean. The room was cozy and comfortable. Would surely visit again with family. Highly recommend it

Well worth a stop

The Jardin Metropolitano is a hidden gem in a quiet area of Madrid. It feels like walking in an indoor garden. The room was big enough for 3 and the wi-fi worked very well. The staff was always nice and polite. The location was simply perfect. What more could you ask?
