Found in the commercial and tourist center of Madrid, the Best Western Hotel Arosa is a central Madrid hotel that provides a comfortable and convenient stay while in the city. With 126 guest rooms, including Zen rooms for those with oriental preferences, travelers get all of the luxury amenities like free Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, cable television, safe, mini-bar, and alarm clock. Special arrangements for pets and a safety deposit box are available upon request. Since it’s located in the middle of Gran Via, the Best Western Hotel Arosa is close to all of the famous Madrid attractions, such as the Royal Palace, the Thyssen Museum, and the Prado Museum. Travelers staying at this hotel in Madrid also have a short walk to the many boutique shops and department stores located on Preciados, Fuencarral, and Carmen streets. A metro station is also within walking distance, allowing folks to see other parts of Madrid as well. One of the best Japanese restaurants in Madrid, 19 Sushi Bar, serves lunch and dinner where patrons can sit at the sushi bar or at a table. Hotel guests also receive a 10 percent discount. Those not interested in sushi can enjoy a meal at on the nearby restaurants, where Spanish cuisine and seafood are served. Breakfast is also served every morning, with a Japanese section for those interested.

Small, Clean Room

I stayed here during a business trip last month. The hotel was located at a great location near the metro station so i could easily reach the meeting point. The single room i stayed was pretty clean and neat. But it was really small that there would be no room left if you brought a big suitcase with you. The staff were very friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast was pretty good.

Better than I expected!

This isn't like the Best Western's you're used to, I don't think they're related at actually. This best western was very nicely decorated and in the heart of Madrid. The hotel has a sushi bar on site that attracts guests from throughout the city.
