Warm Room, Excellent Breakfast

The Tryp Munchen was located close to the Munich Hbf which is the central train station in Munich. You can also walk to the Old Town within 15 mins. The hotel room was small and did not have air conditioning so it got pretty warm if you don't open the window. The wi-fi cost 4 euro an hour or 10 euro per day. The breakfast buffet was excellent and it only cost 15 euro.

Hotel Tryp

Hotel Tryp is located right in the middle of town which makes it greatest feature the location itself. Room was nice but nothing to write home about. I spend a good amount of time in the room due to some bad weather. However had I not stayed I would have missed out on German TV which is a real treat. Do yourself a favor and make sure you find a good German comedy on TV, you will not be let down.

Great value

The Creatif Elephant Munich hotel was situated nearby a main train station in the city, Hauptbahnhof . An easy access to the city center. We walked to the Marienplatz, and it took for about a 20 min walk to get there. The staff of the hotel was very courteous and very helpful. Their English was excellent. The room was in a very good condition.

This hotel has affordable rooms that are exactly what you pay for. Nothing special but nothing wrong with them either. No complaints here, just nothing that is overly special.

Okay but not great

We stayed here for three nights and thought the hotel was pretty good overall but nothing extraordinary. The rooms are a bit small but the furnishings are okay and do the trick. I think the feel of the whole place is a bit dated and could use some work. Everything was very clean though. Friendly staff who were helpful in answering our questions.
