perfect location

I wanted to have a perfect stay in Berlin. I found this hotel and stayed here for a week. The location was perfect for sightseeing. It was a good place to stay. The staff was also nice and friendly. The breakfast was very efficient and delicious. The service was good so I had no complaint.

Well Done, Dude!

The hotel had superb location. It was within a walking distance to Postdamer Platz, Checkpoint Charlie and the Jewish Museum. The hotel was also next to the subway station, where you could take the train, and easy to go to everywhere. The room was so big and comfortable, the staffs were friendly and well mannered. They were able to answer all of the questions quickly. And they heard all of the complaints. Nice Job!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and very well equipped. There was even a nespresso machine in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located at a great location near the zoo station and near main shopping streets.

My colleague and i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was located at a great location, near the Zoo station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat. There was nespresso machine free to use in the room. The bathroom was well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Seen Better, seen worse

The Swissotel has a restaurant on the roof which is actually really neat. Great surround view of downtown Berlin if you're traveling when the weather is nice. The rest of the hotel just as nice, the rooms were very spacious and the hotel was had a lot of amenities to offer.

perfect location

Great Business Trip

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Swissotel in Downtown Berlin while on a business trip. The in-room espresso maker was a dream-come-true, especially dealing with jet-lag and the time difference. I was able to sleep in luxury and be close to my business meeting sites. Great stay in Berlin!

Lovely hotel and the most efficeint and kind staff

We stayed there for my teenage daughter’s birthday surprise and had a wonderful time. The rooms were really good and everything was spec clean. The bathrooms were grand and clean. The best part is that they give you a bed menu that helps you select your bed. This is really unique. The breakfast though expensive, was good. For my daughter’s birthday they surprised her with a delicious cake and a gift card. Lovely place and will love to stay again.

Good Location but tiny Gym

It's perfectly located with shops and restaurants all around. The second largest department store in Europe, Kadewe, is a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room is nice and clean. The only drawback is the pillow were flat. The gym is really small and pathetic so don't bother planning to exercise in this hotel. Hotel breakfast was delicious, i love their waffles and pancakes.
