Smooth and speedy check in. The front desk staff was helpful and had a comforting smile. Room was surprisingly spacious, clean and convenient. Bathroom was well equipped and modern. S-BAHN was located next to the hotel. Tram stop was walkable. Food was great. We loved this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, worth the money

"I was extremely happy during my 2 days business trip stay at this hotel. The Ostbahnhof station is only 2 min walk from the hotel so you can go anywhere in Berlin easily. I had problem connecting with the wifi and the staff even let me use their computer in the office. Since i really need to send an important email, i really appreciate it. I got a non smoking room with no view but it was clean and modern. I got to sleep well which is what's important. The hotel claims to have the ""best breakfast in the neighborhood"" but i did not get a chance to try it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Berlin!"
