The Old Town Square is probably one of the most popular meeting places in the city of Prague, both for tourist and for the people who live in this enchanting city. Placed between Wenceslas Square and Charles bridge, the Old Town Square is pretty busy all year round. This square is home to one of the most reknown symbols of the City, the Astronomical Clock placed on the Tower of the Old Town Hall, which offers one of the most stricking views of Prague. In 1915 a statue of the religious reformer Jan Hus was placed in the square on the occasion of the 500th anniversary of his death.
