Trick or treat? Some tips for your Halloween night

halloween
Halloween is coming, and Prontohotel.com wants to give you some advices on where to spend a frightening holiday.

A must-go destination for a Halloween party is Transylvania, the historical region in the central part of Romania that gave birth to Count Dracula.
It’s undeniable the fright factor of bloodthirsty vampires awaking from their black coffins in the middle of the night to hunt their prey. So if you are curious to visit the birthplace of these dark and scary creatures, head for the Dracula’s Castle in Transylvania a dark 14th-century bastion about 20 miles from Brasov, in the shadows of Mount Bucegi.

At the other side of the world, in Maui, you could be able to properly celebrate All Hallows Eve even without a chilly autumn night. Lahaina hosts the Maui’s annual Halloween: Front Street close to traffic and the children’s costume parade gets underway, untill the street is crowded with 20,000 costumed children and adults spreadinf a warm aloha spirit. This is the busiest night of the year for bars, restaurants and hotels in Lahania and it’s typical for tourists to book in advance a hotel.

Another classic is the Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Orlando.  In this theme park entirely dedicated to Halloween you can find everything needed fo the perfect horror night: haunted houses, terrifying live shows, mutants, monsters and maniacs. Our tip: leave at home children under 13!

Tired of the boring tea time in London? Forget it! The english capital promises a lot of scary attractions and places recalling bloody and brutal London events from long time ago: the London Ghost Walk for example, offers you the most frightening attractions, and why not spend the Halloween night taking a specialized tour after dark following the bloody footsteps of London’s most brutal criminal, Jack the Ripper?

Don’t miss the sorcerer performance at the Official Salem Witches Halloween Ball, in Salem, Massachusetts, “The Witch City”.

We wish you the spookiest night of the year!

HISTORY OF LONDON NIGHTS

Each November, History becomes the protagonist of London’s nightlife. The City, in this period, becomes a glittering stage for parades, bonfires and fireworks. For over 800 years, the Lord Mayor’s Show gives to the city a fairy-tale atmosphere: gilded carriages marching bands flood the city’s streets that run along major monuments, such as the Cathedral of St. Paul. The climax of the festival is the breathtaking fireworks display on the Thames. The fans of fireworks will worship the Bonfire Night, when London celebrated with a wonderful night of fireworks the failure of the conspiracy intended to make the Parliament explode.

No less fun is the charming race of vintage cars London-Brighton or the surprising show of photos in dinosaurs’ the natural home, the Natural History Museum.
