Great hotel in beautiful city

Stayed here with my partner for a weekend getaway. This was our first trip to Vienna. We found that people of Vienna were very welcoming to the foreigners, including the hotel staff. Upon arrival, the concierges greeted us warmly and then took us to the front desk. The lady at the front desk couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's situated on the quiet street. There was no noise at all. It's very relaxing, indeed. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and convenient. Highly recommended.

The Starlight hotel is an average run-of-the-mill place with a decent rooms at a good price. Not much to brag about here but the hotel serves its purpose. We spent most of our time outside the room anyway so the quality of the room wasn't a huge concern for us. If you plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel however (like on a business trip) you may want to look somewhere else.

This hotel was a perfect place for leisure travelers who wanted to sightsee the city of Vienna. Room was more like an apartment room. There was a well equipped kitchenette. It was very spacious and very well kept. Bed and sofa were very soft and large. Bathroom was also spacious and functional. Hotel personnel were friendly and attentive to our needs. They were ready to serve us at anytime even in the middle of the night.

This hotel is in a great location that is very convenient for doing the typical tourist activities. Staff are more than helpful when recommending places to go in the area and helping to plan out little day trips. Good, comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Loved it here.
