I was pleased to get Verwöhnhotel Vötters Sportkristall for me to stay during my visit to Kaprun. I stayed at this perfect hotel for 3 nights. The second I arrived at the reception, the staff greeted me warmly and quickly check me in without any problem. I found my room was wonderful. It was very clean and cozy. The staff were second to none. The facilities and food were simply remarkable. I would always stay at this hotel next time I visit this city again.
